Virtual Currency Rules
Our in-game currency, Solar Seeds, is used exclusively to play games and unlock lore within the Conservatory. Solar Seeds have zero real-world value. They cannot be purchased, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All visual assets, lore, game mechanics, and branding—including The Sun Pavilion, The Moonlit Atrium, and specific symbols like the Glowing Orchid—are the exclusive intellectual property of Hub88 Social Entertainment Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
Limitation of Liability
Hub88 Conservatory is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Hub88 Social Entertainment Ltd. shall not be held liable for any data loss, device issues, or other damages arising from your use of our free-to-play website.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Hub88 Conservatory at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, all accumulated Solar Seeds and lore progress will be permanently voided.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, specifically the province of British Columbia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, BC.
